Our plywood prints are printed on 12mm birch ply, 150mm x 150mm.
Our plywood comes from a renewable resource with a FSC or PEFC Certification
Here are some tips for choosing the best image for your print:
- Your image should be taken in good lighting if possible.
- Websites like Facebook, Instagram etc. reduce the quality of images when they store them online. Please use the original photo file wherever possible (from your phone or camera).
- If you didn’t take the photo, you can always ask whoever did to email you the original file.
- The same applies for using screenshots and images received via Whatsapp or any other messaging platform. Please try to use the original file where possible.
If we notice your image is of poor quality, we will try to get in touch. But we cannot guarantee this.
We’ll do the best we can with the image you give us but providing a suitable photo remains your responsibility.
We aim to send out your plywood print within 4 -5 working days. Busy periods might take longer.
First class delivery by Royal Mail is included on all wall art prints. Your items will arrive in good solid packaging.
Personalised Products
All of our sales are final, no refunds can be processed due to all of our products being personalised and/or manufactured on demand specifically for the customer.
Any valid refunds are processed as Stattoo Ltd store credits. This will ONLY allow you to place orders on with Stattoo Ltd.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have been damaged in the delivery process or if a mistake has been made by us when personalising our custom item. You must provide photo evidence of damages or mistakes.
Damaged or lost Items
If you have received a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged item, with the packaging, so we can file a damage claim.
If for some reason the shipment from us does not get delivered to you after 15 working days from shipping day we will look into this and consider the parcel as lost.

No, at the moment we do not offer any framing or mounting options.
Our paper wall art prints use A4 230gsm quality photo paper. (210 x 297mm)

Non Personalised Products
If you receive something and decide that it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please email us, to arrange the return of the item.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee that orders made after 30 November will be delivered before Christmas.
Please remember that weekends do not count towards the process as it’s not a working day. These are our standard times, but this could increase if any unexpected delays occur or if we are in a busy period.

Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 situation worldwide, some couriers are currently experiencing delays meaning delivery times may exceed the estimations we are provided with.
Please note that we can’t control or speed up delivery times once your shield is dispatched, as this is down to the courier.
Timescales shown above do not include delays caused by destination country customs processes. Please be aware that customs could add additional time to your parcel delivery.

CUSTOM & IMPORT FEES
Will I be charged import duty?
The country you live in may or may not impose import duty or taxes on items shipped from abroad. This varies by country and is not something we have control over.
The price you see at checkout does not include any import duties or fees. We are not responsible for paying them should you incur them.
If you have any questions about this, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.
After you place your order we need around 10 working days for shield production and handling.

- The further away the subject is, the more likely your photo will be blurry or pixelated when printed.

Yes all you have to do is provide us with the full image and the background will be removed by one of our professionals. What you see on the website is just a preview and not the final design.

The vast majority of our orders arrive in perfect condition. But we are always happy and quick to respond if this isn’t the case.
Have you placed an order over 10 business days ago and it still has not been shipped?
First thing to do in this case is check all of your emails, including your spam folder for any emails from our team. If there has been any issues with your order our team would have emailed you about it.
If you cannot find any emails from our team please use one of the contact buttons at the bottom of this article and get in touch with us so we can look into your order.

- PHOTODAY faq
We operate within a 30 miles radius of Peterborough.
We can travel further for a mileage charge. Contact us for more details.
We need an indoor space 15ft square by approx. 9ft tall. This is a critical minimum size.
The space needs to be clear and electricity points available.
Well that depends on the amount of teams that you have. But as a general rule, each teams has a slot of around 45-60 mins.
We also require 1 hour to set up prior to the PhotoDay and 30 mins after.
The digital download packs are £20. Participants or parents/carers are at no obligation whatsoever to purchase any product from us. The link to their photos will be sent to them by email with 7 days of the shoot, this will include a unique password that will give them access.
Your organisation will receive 15% of any sales made, up to 1 month after the PhotoDay.
Any packs sold after this date, will not be included in your commission.
