Its a FREE green screen photo shoot, that we offer to junior grassroots sports clubs, groups and educational settings. Think your annual school photos but much, much BETTER.

All members are photographed individually, and then edited on to some awesome backgrounds. We also create group photos from these too, meaning no waiting around for everyone to be photographed as a whole.

The photos are then made available to parents to purchase AND the club receives 10% CASHBACK on all sales.

No catch, we make money by the photos being made available to purchase by parents/guardians on our secure online shop. They are at no obligation whatsoever to purchase.

One month after the PhotoDay, we calculate the cashback on the sales made. We then send you a cashback report detailing the products sold, and showing how much you will receive. You then send us your bank details, and we make the transfer.

We can also tailor these reports to break down the sales per team or class, if this helps. Just ask!

You will need an indoor space with power measuring a minimum of 3m x 6m.

Our minimum number of participants is 10.

We usually only work within 30 miles of Peterborough, however, if you are further away than this and have over 150 members we will be more than happy to discuss.

Contact us for available dates. We can do, weekdays/evenings and weekends.

Once a date Is agreed, you complete our online booking form and we book you in.

Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on making the PhotoDay as simple as possible for you and all those taking part.  We will send the club a pre-registration link which in turn needs to be sent to all parents.  They simply pop in their email address, childs name and age group.  This then removes the need for any admin on the day plus it ensures the parents are automatically told, via email, that their photos are ready.

FAQs for PhotoDay Customers

All payments will be made on our photo website stattoophotoday.co.uk . We accept debit / credit card (Visa, Mastercard) & Paypal.

Using green screen technology, all members are photographed separately for their team photo and then the team image is put together. This means we will take each members team image and then build the group image later on. We will take three individual photos of each member on the day.

Photos are edited and can be viewed online within a week of the PhotoDay. Customers can either select paid direct shipping, in which they will receive their photos within a few working days, or opt for FREE batch shipping to the club, with the deadline for this being a week after your photos have gone on the website.

Once the deadline has passed, the club will receive all orders within a few working days and pass these onto the members that have selected this service.

From time to time mistakes will happen with orders. If for any reason there is an issue with your order or something is missing we will fix it or replace any issues.

Easy, just go into your account and order some more.  Please note that for FREE batch delivery to your club you only have a window a week from the point photos go live.

Prior to the PhotoDay, parents register their email address and child’s name online using a link that is supplied by us to the club. Once the photos are live, an email is sent to the parents with a link to view and purchase. Its that simple.

 

Your photos and FUT card Poster will arrive separately. Your photos will be printed and dispatched by our photo lab team, whereas the FUT Card Poster is designed, printed and posted direct by us.
