All our prints are sent out first class, FOR FREE. Your items will arrive in good solid packaging. Production times can vary in busy periods, however we aim to send out your prints within 3-5 working days.

Our paper prints use quality A4 230 gsm matt photo paper. Producing a brilliant print for your wall. We currently do not offer framing or mounting options.

We have a great collection of personalised artwork and prints available. These include both personalised gifts and brilliant custom quote prints. Perfect gifts for valentines day, weddings, anniversaries, mothers day, fathers day and couples birthdays.

All our artwork is printed on A4 230 gsm quality matt photo paper and includes free delivery.

Our standard paper prints (price £7.99) are 3 for 2. Enter code: 3FOR2 at checkout. This offer does NOT include our personalised or plywood prints. Select 3 standard prints into your basket, enter code 3FOR2 and you will get £7.99 off your order. Only one 3FOR2 offer can be used per order, so TOP TIP: If you wanted to order 6 prints, do this in two separate orders!!!

No, at the moment we do not offer any framing or mounting options.

We aim to send out your artwork within 3-5 days. Busy periods might take longer. 

First class delivery by Royal Mail is included on all prints. Your items will arrive in good solid packaging.

Non Personalised Products 

If you receive something and decide that it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please email us, to arrange the return of the item.

Personalised Products

All of our sales are final, no refunds can be processed due to all of our products being personalised and/or manufactured on demand specifically for the customer.

Any valid refunds are processed as Stattoo Ltd store credits. This will ONLY allow you to place orders on with Stattoo Ltd.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have been damaged in the delivery process or if a mistake has been made by us when personalising our custom item. You must provide photo evidence of damages or mistakes.

Damaged or lost Items

If you have received a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged item, with the packaging, so we can file a damage claim.

If for some reason the shipment from us does not get delivered to you after 15 working days from shipping day we will look into this and consider the parcel as lost.
